J&A engineers measure noise levels at residential locations using Type 1 Bruel & Kjaer Handheld Analyzer with Sinus Soundbook Octave 8 Analyzer.

J&A analyzes the noise spectra to screen out noise that doesn’t originate at the commercial site.

J&A provides context to help understand the results, answering the question,  “How loud is loud?”

J&A interprets local bylaws and ordinances to determine whether the measured noise levels are in violation of local law.

J&A reports on its findings, including a determination of whether the measured noise levels comply with town bylaws.
